Before I get the recent pots from the ash polished up, here’s a detail of one from last years pit firing. Fired for 6 hours, cooled for 72. Fired in a pit with oxides and natural combustibles and finished with beeswax.
Dinner at home with ingredients from le jardin. Dad’s Spanish broad beans with fennel salad on sandy buff plates and denim blue serving bowl. Cat supervising
