Shipping

Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Dispatch times are usually 1 - 3 days, but during busy periods such as Christmas, this may take longer. Some prints are printed to order, so expect 1 - 2 weeks dispatch time.

Local collections are available from The Bramery Business Park, Cheltenham, GL51 8HE. Please wait for my email to arrange a time for you to collect from the studio.

Parcels can be addressed directly to a recipient. Please use their address for the shipping details during checkout. To include a handwritten message, please fill in the ‘Custom Message’ form at checkout.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must then be returned to the studio within a further 14 days. We do not cover the cost of returns. Please ensure the item is sufficiently packaged to avoid breakages on return. Any items to be returned that arrive broken will not be eligible for a refund. Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method (excluding delivery).

Any commissions, personalised work, or seconds cannot be returned.

All returns are at the sole discretion of Megan Burridge and we reserve the right to refuse any return.

Packaging

Packaging is usually compostable, and/or recyclable. However, if your parcel has mismatched plastic bubble wrap or filler, this is because I try to reuse packaging where I can to extend its life.
